About Us
Welcome to the House of Creative Artists (HoCA), where creativity knows no bounds and artistic expression flourishes. What began in Cleveland, Ohio, as a small open mic night in Kahlil Allen’s Garfield Heights duplex has blossomed into a movement—a sanctuary for artists to Create. Connect. Collaborate.
At HoCA, we believe that art has the power to inspire, heal, and transform lives. Our mission is simple: to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for artists of all disciplines to connect, share, and push the boundaries of their craft.
Our Vision
We aim to be the world’s premier hub for artistic expression and collaboration. We dream of a future where every artist has the freedom and support to realize their fullest potential, where creativity is celebrated in all its forms, and where the arts are a uniting force in communities across the globe.
Our Values
• Inclusivity: We embrace diversity in all its forms, welcoming artists from every background and discipline.
• Collaboration: We believe great art happens when we work together, share ideas, and build each other up.
• Innovation: We encourage artists to experiment, take risks, and redefine what’s possible.
• Empowerment: We strive to give every artist the tools, resources, and support to succeed.
• Community Engagement: We’re dedicated to using art as a vehicle to connect people and foster meaningful change.
Our Story
It all started with a spark of inspiration—a small gathering of 16 creatives in a duplex in Garfield Heights. That night, an idea was born: to build a space where artists could come together to express themselves freely and authentically. From Cleveland to New York and beyond, HoCA has grown into a platform that celebrates artistry in all its forms while connecting creators with audiences and opportunities.
Our Motto
“Create. Connect. Collaborate. The Big 3 C’s.”
Whether you’re a poet, painter, musician, or visionary, HoCA is your home—a place to bring your creative dreams to life.
